Over a twenty-year career, Jennifer has led strategic initiatives across categories, helping dozens of Fortune 500 companies turn powerful insights into transformative business strategies. In addition to being a top-tier research strategist, Jennifer is a sought after writer and presenter, frequently speaking on the topics of user research, design-thinking and brand strategy.
Through her tenure mentoring researchers and leading research teams, Jennifer has developed a comprehensive qualitative research curriculum and training program. She is proud to launch Axen Institute, offering education and training to in-house and agency professionals looking to make an impact through insights.
Jennifer is the author of two lifestyle books published by San Francisco's Chronicle Books. She holds a BA in English Literature and Women's Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Originally from Minnesota, Jennifer now lives in Los Angeles with her partner, teenage daughter and rescue dog, Rocky.
